Heel Pain Management Pathway

Heel Pain Management

Heel pain can be unpredictable and occasionally problematic to resolve. So we teamed up with Healthy Step to produce a heel pain pathway to pain free heels.

The HeelFixKit is the most innovative and cost effective approach available in the management and treatment of heel pain, plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. The HeelFixKit contains specially designed Insoles, Therapy Balls, Heel Tape & Heel Cups. Developed by a British Musculoskeletal Podiatrist, Andy Horwood, the pack is designed to allow you to treat your heel yourself and make dramatic improvements in just six weeks.

The treatment regime not only helps settle the pain but also prevent the re-occurrence of heel pain, and its all achieved at home. the kit is £14.95 ex vat for trade and RRP: £34.95.

I really like the stepwise approach to heel pain treatment. I couldn’t print the poster as its A2 can you make an A4 one available please.
I think the videos of the exercises are good but the one on the steps with the shoes on and the baggy socks looks a bit messy. Would it be better to have the person in bare feet or a pair of trainers with neat trainer socks on. I think it would look more professional.

I love your products and thanks for the helpful teaching aids.

Great videos and a useful concept having a ‘KIT’ for heel pain, it will encourage patient participation. My only reservation is, I’ve found stair exercises can encourage patients to ‘bounce’ which can be detrimental, particularly in older age groups?
